The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel is once again the place to stay for the 2012 Sand Blast Party Weekend, and the location of our newest nighttime dance party DEEP BLUE with DJ Alyson Calagna and the hot RIPTIDE Pool Party will take place.  


All 250 rooms at The Berkeley are reserved exclusively for Sand Blast Weekend guests.   It’s all ours so and we’re taking over this Grande Dame of a hotel right on the beach.  


Rooms will be available for reservations soon and include free tickets to the Pool Parties at The Berkeley.  The Hotel Tides is a boutique hotel a quieter place to stay.

Kickoff your Sand Blast Party experience on Friday, July 20th from 8PM - 2AM with our most popular event:  LOST AT SEA, the Oceanside Kickoff Party in Convention Hall overlooking the Atlantic’s crashing waves. 


Thousands of the east coast’s friendliest men and women will pack this huge cocktail & dance party wrapping around Convention Hall’s three open-air balconies where you’ll party and dance with your friends with the sea breezes washing over you.

Events tailored for the women in our community take place over FOUR DAYS & NIGHTS of Sand Blast and will have the girls lovin’ the Jersey Shore!


Party & play at six fun events including our hot Siren of the Sea pool party, an Art Crawl in our historic downtown, a women’s jazz brunch on the boardwalk, cocktail parties, the Surfer Girl Beach Tea Dance and WET, our sexxxy Saturday night dance party on the ocean.

Travel To Asbury Park

Asbury Park’s historic shopping district is packed with funky shops, restaurants & bars and is the perfect place to dawdle away a day of beach fatigue.  Mid-century furniture shops next to small galleries, bookstores, trendy restaurants and coffee shops giving it a feel like the East Village in the 1980s.  


Explore it all during Saturday Night’s Art Crawl at six cool galleries along the way.   Cookman & Mattison Avenues from Main Street to Grand Avenue.

Getting to Asbury Park is easy by train, car or bus and takes from 1 to 2 hours from NYC and Philly and under 4 hours from DC.  The NJ Transit trains and busses stop in our historic downtown every hour, and return just as frequently.
